How do I get a refund?

If a lesson was not delivered as expected, contact support@genevievedynasty.com within 48 hours. We review all refund requests and respond within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and select 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Can I change my tutor?

Yes. You can browse all available tutors and book with a different one at any time. There is no lock-in with any tutor.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page and click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email and you will receive a secure reset link valid for 1 hour.

How do I download the app?

Visit /mobile/get-the-app for installation instructions. The mobile app is coming soon — you can join the early access waitlist.

How do I become a tutor?

Visit /apply and complete the application form. We review applications within 48 hours. Approved tutors get full access to the teaching dashboard.
