Our Policy

At Genevieve Dynasty Academy we want every learner and parent to feel confident about their investment in education. If a lesson or subscription does not meet your expectations, our refund process is straightforward and fair.

Trial Lessons

Trial lessons are offered at a reduced rate so you can evaluate a tutor before committing. Because of the discounted price, trial lessons are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If a tutor cancels or fails to attend, you will receive a full refund or a free replacement trial.

Full Lessons

You may request a refund for a booked lesson under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: full refund.
  • Cancellation made between 12 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation made less than 12 hours before or no-show by the student: no refund.
  • Tutor no-show or significant technical issues on the tutor side: full refund or free rebooking.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided. Annual plans may be refunded within the first 14 days if fewer than 3 lessons have been used.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@genevievedynasty.com with your booking reference and the reason for your request. You can also use the in-app messaging system to contact our support team directly.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Credit-based refunds (academy credits) are applied instantly and can be used toward any future booking.
