By using Genevieve Dynasty Academy ("GDA"), you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a child, you accept these terms on their behalf.
GDA connects learners with independent verified tutors. Tutors set their own rates and availability. GDA facilitates booking and payment but does not employ tutors directly. Tutors are verified for identity and qualifications before approval. GDA reserves the right to remove tutors who violate quality or safety standards.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Lesson fees are charged at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing — cancellations made 24+ hours before a lesson are eligible for a full refund. Digital product purchases are non-refundable unless defective. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
GDA uses AI to enhance learning experiences including personalized recommendations, content generation, and tutor support tools. AI outputs are educational aids, not professional advice. AI does not replace human tutors or educators. We continuously improve AI accuracy but do not guarantee perfection.
We enforce strict child safety protocols. All tutors teaching minors undergo background checks. Sessions may be monitored for safety. We have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Parents have full visibility into their child's activity. Report concerns to safety@genevievedynasty.com.
Platform content, branding, and features are owned by GDA. User-generated content (projects, submissions) remains owned by the user. Tutors retain rights to their original teaching materials.
